The Cultivators design and produced the Ice Cream Van of Ice Cream Vans.
The Häagen-Dazs van delivered moments of joy nationwide by starting its journey in the heart of the capital at Boxpark Shoreditch on the 15th to 16th July, followed by a residence at Edinburgh’s hottest new shopping hotspot St James Quarter on the 23rd and 24th July.
With DJ decks on the rooftop and an oversized ‘Scoop of Scoops’, a sparkling scoop shaped see-saw for the whole family to enjoy, the exuberant and joyful vehicle created a modern take on a classic ice cream van, allowing consumers to be in the moment whilst making memories that will last a lifetime.
Resident celebrity DJs including Pixie Lott, Woody Cook and Arielle Free, took centre stage on top of the van playing the nation’s favourite high tempo dance tracks whilst consumers enjoyed their very own ultimate ice cream creations.

Client: Ardbeg
Project: Ardbeg Ice Scream Tour
Whisky lovers were in for a treat this Halloween as our monstrous creation rolled into towns across the UK where cities echoed with the chimes of a specially commissioned ‘ice scream’ horror truck. The vehicle took three months to build and has been created to pay homage to classic B-Movie beasts of the silver screen and serve exclusive devilish ice cream serves made with Ardbeg’s smoky single malt Scotch whisky.
The monstrous truck – complete with horns, tentacles and beady eyes – visited London, Glasgow and Edinburgh between 26th and 31st October, this Halloween.
The ice scream serves were created in partnership with the founder of renowned artisanal ice cream parlour Ruby Violet and include:
• Cookies & Scream: Ardbeg Wee Beastie ice cream sandwiched between charcoal cookies, coated in (optional) crunchy mealworms
• Ahhh, No! Bar: Lapsang Souchong ice cream with an Ardbeg An Oa caramel centre coated in white chocolate
• Ice Cream Groan: charcoal cone, filled with Ardbeg Ten smoky blackcurrant ice cream, topped with sour cherries and a brittle insect-flecked shard
The ice creams were available to buy from the Ice Scream truck where visitors could also book an exclusive 45-minute slot in a scary Monsters of Smoke ‘cage’ and indulge in ice and cocktails. The ‘cage’ is an extension of the Ice Scream horror truck and allows visitors to experience squeamishly smoky, exclusive cocktails.

Brief TABASCO® Sauce is currently synonymous with a few items globally, such as oysters and Bloody Marys. Our client wanted to educate consumers to start thinking that sandwiches – and other mainstream foods – are also the perfect pairing for the sauce/condiment, continuing to freshen the brand in the UK (following many trendy restaurant partnerships) and bring it further into the contemporary food space.
Response We designed and created the TABASCO® Touring Sandwich Truck that, complete with giant 3D sandwich on top, toured the UK to deliver an early morning surprise to commuters in London’s Victoria train station, Leeds City Centre and Birmingham New Street Station.
Our team delivered the Max’s Morning Reviver sandwich samples to nearly 2000 lucky (and no doubt hung-over) commuters along with a glass of delicious Virgin Mary with DIY garnishes.
The Why With new research revealing that almost 14 million Brits will be craving a humble breakfast sandwich the morning after a big night out this season, the UK’s best-selling hot sauce brand partnered with the sandwich impresario Max Halley, to create Max’s Morning Reviver x TABASCO® Sauce.
